In this one-hour, interactive workshop incorporating activities and group discussions, you will:
• reflect on personal and organisational purpose
• consider how this aligns with co-operative values
• develop strategies to create a more meaningful and motivating environment
By the end of the session, you will have gained practical tools to help yourself and others stay connected to the ‘why’ behind your work.
