Post-Earthquake Recovery and Rebuilding Forum

The “Post-Earthquake Recovery and Rebuilding Forum,” will be held on February 27, at Çekmece Community Center in Hatay.
The event is the closure of an initiative implemented in partnership with the Italian National Cooperative Association, Legacoop and its NGO Halieus with Genç İşi Cooperative, and Rimmen Women’s Cooperative. The initiative supported the turkish cooperative movement to relaunch the economic of women cooperatives affected by the earthquake of February 2023.  
The forum aims to provide a platform where all participants can voice their opinions, share experiences, and develop collective solutions for the recovery and rebuilding of Hatay following the earthquake.
In this context, we will discuss the recovery process, share the latest developments from the field, and collaboratively assess the steps to be taken for the future. Throughout the program, we will focus on listening to different perspectives, brainstorming together, co-developing solutions, and fostering cooperation.
